Order of Service
Assemble at top of Forecourt steps (if weather is fine) 12:15
- Banner Party
- Australian Commando Association (ACAVIC) & Guests
The Shrine will play a march (Waltzing Matilda) for the Parade to move from the steps to the Cenotaph
- Move off – Parade Master – Rob Osborne 12:30
At the Cenotaph
- Banner Party will right wheel and halt
- Parade Master will halt the ACA and order Right Turn
- March Music paused (Shrine)
Banner Party will lower the banner and the Vice President/Secretary ACAVIC will lay a wreath
Banner raised and Banner Party reformed to front of Parade
March Music restarted (Shrine)
Move to Commando Memorial Cairn - Parade Master – Rob Osborne
- Assembly around Commando Association’s plaques 12:45
- Members on chairs or behind chairs (East side)
Banner Party below plaque (West side)
Catafalque Party (Shrine Guards) move to position around Cairn
